Brief Rundown: As a visitor, you have a choice to subscribe to the mailing list, purchase a printed and/or digital material, and to voluntarily share your stories if you wish. Please know that any information you choose to share will not be sold for marketing, and will be protected by our privacy policy. ​


All printed materials (including postcards) are produced in California and printed in Chanhassen, MN. All orders from www.violanarang.com are shipped from California with USPS. Orders are custom made and may require 10-14 days to be printed and shipped; please allow for at least two weeks for your order to arrive, especially if it is traveling a long distance.


We sincerely hope that you enjoy your purchase, but if something goes wrong, we'll do what we can to fix it.

  • Due to the custom-made nature of the purchase, orders cannot be canceled, exchanged or refunded once they've been shipped.
  • In the case of a missed/missing delivery, we will reship any order that has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe accounting for possible delay.
*Please note that if an order is placed and delivered with insufficient shipping information the customer will be liable for the cost of any reshipment.

This document governs the manner in which Viola Narang collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the violanarang.com website (“Site”). This document applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Viola Narang.
By using this Site and any of our products and services, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agree to our terms.

This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information that is Processed by Viola Narang in the course of our business, including on the Site and other online or offline offerings (together with any and all future online and offline offerings operated by or on behalf of Viola Narang, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services.


Personal Identification Information
When using our Site, you may voluntarily provide information about yourself, including your name, email address, postal address, shipping address, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide. We may collect this information when you subscribe to our mailing list, send us feedback or request information, share your story, make a purchase, or interact with us for any other purpose.
Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site-related activities.

The Site is general audience and the Services are not directed to children under 16 years of age, and Viola Narang does not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information from children under 16 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you must have your parent’s permission to access the Site and the Services. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may alert us at ask@violanarang.com. If we become aware that a child younger than 16 has provided us with Personal Information, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our files.

Non-personal Identification Information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site through the use of cookies and similar technologies. Please see the “Cookies & Similar Technologies” section of this privacy notice to learn more about the use of information and the choices available to you.
We use this information to monitor and improve our websites. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users’ means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system, browser type and the Internet service providers utilized, information about your visits to and your activity on our Site including content you view and interact with, the address of the website you arrived from and other clickstream behavior (including pages you view, links you click, products you add to your cart, the length of your browsing session, your IP (Internet Protocol) address and your device’s approximate location at the time of browsing). Payment Information
If you use the Site to make purchases, we will also collect certain payment information, such as payment card, Stripe, or other financial account information, and billing address. We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. The payment processor we work with is Stripe. Prices and Currency
Prices are expressed in USD, specified on the receipt of purchase and must be paid in the Sell Currency. When the purchase is paid with a foreign currency, the exchange rate is determined by the customer’s bank. Sales taxes may be charged in accordance with the laws of the customer’s location, and where applicable will be converted at a rate determined by the customer’s bank.

The shop is intended for Users who are sixteen (16) years of age or older, and any purchases made on the Site’s shop by a person fifteen (15) years of age or younger should be made under the supervision of a legal parent or guardian who is fully able and competent to comprehend and adhere to the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement and on the shop, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.

To send periodic emails
We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include promotions, offers, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.

International Users
By using the Site, Viola Narang will transfer data to the United States. By choosing to visit the Site, utilize the Services or otherwise provide information to us, you agree that any dispute over privacy or the terms contained in this Privacy Policy will be governed by the laws of California, United States and the adjudication of any disputes arising in connection with Viola Narang or the Site will be in accordance with the Terms.

Information Request and Deletion Request Rights

You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we have collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records, unless an exception applies.

Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must: A) Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; B) Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it; and C) Provide sufficient information for us to be able to verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. However, we do consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to personal information associated with that specific account. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt.
